Chapter-24
I look at the wall made out of crystals.
It's an incredible sight.
It is something which can only be seen in a fantasy world like this.
But beauty is not the only thing that it gives off.
Killing intent.
I feel a killing intent like never before when I look at this massive crystal wall.
It is like the being behind it is created for the sole purpose of destruction.
*Tap*
'Its cold..'
A cold feeling runs up to my hand as I touch the crystal wall.
*Crack*
As is sensing my touch huge spider like cracks starts forming in the wall.
Little by little the wall breaks down.
As the topmost part of the wall breaks, What appears is a giant humanoid face.
'Goliath....'

[10th floor of the dungeon]
A large group of adventurers can be seen bulldosering through the floor.
*Screechhh*
*Bam*
"Hehe Ais look I killed more ants than you"
A smiling warewolf says while stomping down on a killer ant as he looks at the golden haired girl beside him.
"..."
What answers him is silence as Ais Wallenstein completely ignored him and moves on.
"Tsk"
Bete loga clicks his tongue in annoyance.
"Focus on the task everyone we need to reach the safe zone on floor 18th before midnight"
"Yes captain"

[16th floor of dungeon)
"Hey hey captain have you heard about what happened at the soma familia?"
Finn casts a helpless look at the Amazonian as she wraps her arms around his neck from the back.
"Oh you mean the dark executioner?"
(note- I'm sorry but this is the best I could come up with....I'm always open to good suggestions)
What replies to Tione isn't Finn but a flat chested Amazonian.
"Hm?What dark executioner"
Bete interjects and asks Tiona as the other members of the Loki familia also comes closer to hear the conversation.
"Sheesh Bete I knew that you were an idiot but I definitely didn't knew that you were also deaf"
"HUH what did you say you wanna fight or something Tiona?"
"You think I'm scared of you"
Tiona and Bete stares at each other threateningly.
"Calm down both of you"
Riveria comes in between and separates Tiona and Bete.
"By the way what was that about the dark executioner Tiona, I also didn't knew?"
"Of course you won't know Riveria after all you have a ton of work to do unlike a certain someone that I remember who only knows how to slack off...."
Bete starts gritting his teeth's as he sees Tiona balantley pointing her finger at him.
Riveria ignores Bete as she tells Tiona to continue with her eyes.
"Well I don't know much about him either except for what I've heard from the rumors being spread by the Soma familia members...."
Tiona stops for a while and then continuos in a grandiose voice.
"They say that he came wearing a coat of darkness
His face unknown, covered in a black mask
Carrying a head in his right while a sword thirsty for blood in his left.
He answered all the injustice with his sword.
And stopped the unjust with the head.
With an iron will he took away all of the sins of the Soma's.
His actions depicted him as a Hero
But those who saw him shall never see him as one"
There was a brief moment of silence after Tiona closed her mouth.
*Puffff*
The silence was quickly replaced by the sound of Bete's laughter.
A smile appeared on everyone's faces as well.
"Puhahahaha Tiona tell me truthfully which fairy tale did you take that out off hahaha"
"Oh geez I'm serious here okay~~"
Tiona also says that with a smily face clearly not believing her own words.
But no one noticed that there was one person who wasn't laughing like the others around her.
In fact her golden coloured eyes started emitting a weird ligh when she heard Tiona mention the word hero.
"Tsk tsk I'll be dammed if those drunkards from the Soma familia even knew where they themselves lived much less spreading lies about a hero..."
Bete started criticizing the Soma familia but no one stopped them after all, They all knew about the happenings that take place in the Soma familia.

--[Some time before]--
I look at the monster rex of the 17th floor taking his giant feet out of the crystal wall.
It has a large body that reaches seven meters and has gray skin.
*STAMP*
It stamps down its massive foot on the hard dungeon floor as he moves his head and looks at me.
*RARRRRRRNN*
A ear piercing shout comes out of his mouth as he raises his right leg above me.
I silently look at the shadow of his giant feet covering my small body.
*RARRRRRRNN*.
'Now'
*BOOM*
I swiftly move my body and avoid the feet as it heavily lands on the dungeon floor.
*Swish*Swish*
A thin red line forms on his ancle.
'Its hard'
I reach a quick conclusion as I see the small injury caused by my attack.
'Hm'
*Boom*
I just barely changed my position as I heard a heavy foot slam on my previous one.
'He's also fast...'
My thoughts are cut short as I see a giant hand coming down on me trying to grab my body.
*Swish*Swish*
I cut off his middle and ring finger as I start running up his arm.
*AAARRRRHHHH*
The Goliath screams in pain as he takes a step backward and crashes into the dungeon wall.
I take advantage of this opportunity and quickly run up his arm making my way towards his right eye.
*AAARRGGHH*
Goliath quickly regains his balance and moves his left hand to catch me.
I dodge his left hand and plunge forth at his right eye.
The world seemed to go in slow motion as I move through the air.
I see the weird scene around me and find that it isn't the world that is going in slow motion but it is my mind running at an extraordinary speed.
I look at the slowly moving Goliath.
Unknowingly my eyes drift towards his mouth.
*Smirk*
'Shit'
I feel something go very wrong as I looked at the smirk formed on Goliath's mouth.
Unfortunately I didn't have any means to counter and so I can only look helplessly as Goliath opens his mouth and fires a sonic attack at me while I'm in mid-air.
*AAARRGGHH*
*Tiiinggh*
My mind goes numb due to the high pitch voice as my body receives a heavy force from the front.
But this wasn't the end of it.
*Grab*
A giant hand comes from my left and grabs my body flying backward due to the sound attack from before.
*AAAARRRGGHHH*
Goliath gives a massive scream as he uses all the force in his right hand and throws William at the dungeon wall.
*BOOM*
A big crater forms in the hard dungeon floor as William crashes into it.
"THAT IDIOT"
