An unfamiliar acquaintice

After Sarah left the office, a heated discussion broke out in the office.

Producer John Malkovich said: "She was good."

The other producer Mason also nodded. The girl performed very well and there was no problem with her acting skills. Except for having no prior fame, the girl fits all the criterias and even exceeds them. She has a beautiful face, good acting skills, appropriate age and most importantly, she is also a dual American and British national.

Director Jason nodded, but he didn't gave a proper reply and just circled Sarah Wilson's name on candidates list. He needed to audition other girls to make a decision.

Sarah left the studio not knowing she had become one of the major choices for the role.

She went back by herself, and didn't bother Frank even if he had instructed her before.

"Young lady, we are at Cheviot hills, your fare is eight dollars." The cab owner stopped in front of the apartment building.

Sarah paid the fare and got out. She is two months away from sixteen, so she doesn't have a driving license yet. In America, you can get a driving license at the age of sixteen, while drinking alcohol is permitted at the age of twenty one. Of course, no one follows the second rule. You can drink as long as you are not caught.

She didn't went directly inside, but instead went to a nearby supermarket. The ingredients at home are almost finished, so she needed to do some grocery.

As Sarah was strolling through the shelves, she heard someone calling: "It's you, isn't?"

Sarah turned around and a person was standing behind her. He wore a cap but she could see his face clearly at a close range. He seemed to be in mid twenties, blonde, blue eyed, handsome and tall. Seeing the appearance of the person clearly, a surprise flashed in Sarah's eyes. The surprise was not because how handsome the man was, instead it was because she recognized the person. It was Chris Evans, the famous actor who played Captain America in future.

Chris was going through the supermarket to buy something instant to eat. The burner in his kitchen was damaged and he was bored from eating outside. While he was going through the shelves, he caught the sight of a familiar face he saw a week ago.

The girl seemed to be shopping too. There were a lot of differences from before, but he could still recognize the unique beautiful face. The last time he saw her, she was wearing a mini party dress and had a rebellious and wild aura around her, but now a week later, she was dressed maturely, had a refreshing, unique and mysteriously seductive vibe around her.

Sarah looked at the star who approached her. "Yes?"

Chris was a little embarrassed. He doesn't know why he came here, he just wanted to talk to the girl. In the end, he said awkwardly: "I saw you at the party last week."

Sarah nodded and continued her shopping. She went to a lot of parties, so he could've seen her in any of those.

Chris was dumbfounded by the balant ignore. He said stubbornly: "You were in the bathroom for a whole twenty minutes, I had emergency at that time."

He hurriedly put a hand on his mouth immediately after speaking. He understood he made a fool of himself. He was about to explain when the girl started laughing.

Sarah was amused by the man's awkwardness, and couldn't control herself after seeing the embarrassed look on such a handsome face. She raised her hand for handshake: "Hello, Its Sarah Wilson."

Chris was stunned seeing the face of the girl laughing. He works in hollywood and sees many beauties everyday, but he has to say the girl in front of him still ranks among the top. And when she laughs, her smiling face completely suppresses all the beautiful faces he has ever seen. He was in awe till the girl's voice bought him back. He hurriedly raised his hand back for a hand shake:

"I am Chris Evans, you can call me Chris."

"I know. I have watched your "Fantastic Four", "Not another teen movie" and "Cellular"."

The scene again became quiet. In the end, Sarah broke the silence: "It was nice to meet you, but I have to go now. And I am sorry for last week's inconvenience."

Sarah continued her shopping.

Chris didn't know what to do. He obviously had a lot of experience of having conversation with women, but he doesn't know why it all failed in front of this girl. And the girl also doesn't seem to intrested on him even after knowing he's a star.

Just as Sarah was about to leave, he again blocked her way.

Sarah felt strange with the way the guy again stood in front of her. She was about to ask him the reason, but seeing the awkward look on his face, she changed the question: "Have you eaten?"

Chris was expecting a little scolding, but the girl asked him if he had eaten yet. He shook his head in disagreement.
