Heaven's Door

In a bright, peaceful place with harp sounds and birds singing.
A man dressed in a white suit with a gray beard and a Samurai-style Ponytail with a golden aureole floating over his head came close to Evan saying "Wake up my child.....Wake Up!"
"Ouch, my head hurts...where am I?... I remember trying to save a little girl from a truck in the green light and... Ah! HOLY FATHER OF CHRIST!!! I was hit and killed by the well-known truck-Kun of legends?!?" He then said, after realizing the situation he was in.
"Yes, child that is me hohoho!" says the man smiling for nothing.
Evan opens his eyes and the first thing he sees is a large golden gate and a well-dressed gentle old man with a cheerful face.
"It cannot be!? is I'm really in Heaven?" Evan asked the gentle old man.
"Yes, child, You're at Heaven's door, and you must be asking yourself "who am I?" right? I'm God yes!"
Evan looked from God's feet to the head and said "Your Lordship is very different from what we have heard on Earth! a discretion says an Old man with a white tunic, white beard, and all messy white hair looking like a hippie, but you're very stylish that's for sure!"
God laughed and said cheerfully "Hohoho thanks for the compliment, my child!"
Evan stopped, thought, and went straight to the point and asked: "Your Lordship, am I going to paradise, hell, or be reborn?"
God thought for a second and answered: "Child, you in life was a kind and just person and accumulated a massive amount of positive karma so it will be reborn with all your memories only not on Earth but in another universe is that okay to you?"
Very curious Evan asks the question "Okay, but can I know in which universe I'm going to be born or whether there are human beings in this universe?"

Evan replied quickly "I want to be the Twin Big Brother of the Saiyan knows as Kakarotto called on that universe as Son Goku and I want my appearance to be as close as possible to that of Vegetto, and I also want to have a status window like a VRMMORPG to see my stats, skills, inventory that only I can see and not a system because I don't want to be a slave to that thing "quests" "
