Vol 1– The Great Expedition

The great Emperor of China is an ambitious man. After making a vow towards his whole Empire, he set on an expedition to widen the ranges of their territories with himself as the commander in chief. Leading his own tropes himself, despite being an Emperor. And so, the tragedy of Rouran Tribe and all other tribes.

Vol 2– The War Descent

Following the original timeline of the live action movie. Mulan grew up, having a trouble of adapting to her role as a woman. Her mother, arranged her a marriage in futile and she succumb into self doubt. Unfortunately, doesn't have her much time to think about her inner self as an imperial edic came down because of the war: "All men in every family must serve the imperial army"
