15 Fate stay night : Not how i expected to go but why not

Walk to the temple passed with me trying to explain to my companion what a meme is, of couse only Archer got it,

i really do hope he will mess up other Shirou Emiyas along his travels with the armory i presented him.

We spotted assassin at the top of the stairs like i expected he was waiting for us.

Assassins-"It seems you've finally decided to honor me wiht your presense but do know that i won't let you pass without a good fight"

Archer-"It would be better if i stayed here and fight saber's magic ressistance should be enough for caster just make sure to use your nose"

That's accutualy a pretty good plan, archer is at full power and can match up to assassin in swordplay i just have to watchout for kuzuki and medea's traps.

Shirou-" All right let's go with that come over after this i have a bad feeling"

This might be the night Gil comes to kill her since i fast rushed the plot i can't take him down now since lancer might be waiting for an opening.

We run past the assassin he's no longer our target we passed the whole saber assassin sword bros moment and reached the temple door before opening i already smelled 3 traps i already traced the bow i stole from archer along with some swallows quickly taking them out, we reached the temple grounds, there's only Kuzuki sitting down other tham that it's silent, too silent, i don't smell anything other than Kuzuki no prana no servants.

Kuzuki-" It seems you didn't come for tea but unfortunetly caster is out for an errand but you're welcome to wait"

Only thing i like about this guy is that he doesn't lie unless it's his assassin job other than that he's brutally honest so i can trust him when he says something. I informed saber with telepathy 'relax but don't let your guard down'

Shirou-"Well might as well drink some tea"

for the next 15 minutes passed by drinking tea and talking about school homework this guy taking his job as a teacher too seriously, i mean i just came here to kill you.

After the 15 minute mark i saw Archer and Rin come up to stairs they look beat up but too bad but they were really shocked to see me drinking with the enemy.

Shirou-"How was the fight?"

Rin-" He said something happend to his master then died because caster terminated him by the way what are you doing"

That got attention of kuzuki.

Shirou-" Well it seems Caster gone out to do something figured might as well wait for her"

*Thump*

Rin was about to say something but didn't have time well good news caster came bad news she's dead and out goldie is on sky laughing at her

Gil-"Fool of a mongrel you think you can run from my glory, you were dead from the moment you got against me hahaha"

Well that's Gil alright at least he's dressed and kuzuki is going to side of caster, man gil did a number on her

her ears are cut off, face smashed in and she looks like swiss cheese, as expected gil took out kuzuki too i didn't have time to hear his lines at that time now he's looking at us.

Gil-"I didn't expected to see you mongrels here tonight, rejoice that i'm in a good mood so i will let you guys go for today and come to collect saber tomorrow, you better not damage her it would lower the value"

All four of us just stunned to silince until Rin broke it.

Rin-"Do you know where is kirei?"

Gil-"Hmmp you must be spawn of Tokiomi it's nice to see you grown a spine unlike your father and the fake priest is always at his fake church you should know better mongrel. " then he left

Rin-"Did he just call my father spineless"

Shirou-"Sigh that's not the point rin"

Saber-"So what are we going to do now shirou?"

She seems to be getting jumpy i should spar wiht her to take the edge off later

Shirou-"Guess we'll go for a confession, he didn't seem to care about kirei so only lancer would be there"

Rin-"Maybe he lied and i can't believe you made that joke"

Saber-"Gilgamesh has no reason to lie he's that arrogant. He even layed claim on me i hate his guts"

Shirou-"Easy there saber you took him down once you'll do it again"

After we packed up got rid of anything traced to us or magecraft then called the cops before we left for the church too bad it's on the other side of the city so it took us half an hour with our servants now we're standing in front of the door.

*Sniff**SNIFFF*

Rin-"You guys kept calling lancer a dog but it looks like... "

"SHUT IT! "

Saber-"They really look like brothers now"

Okay i'm gonna pretend i didn't hear that, looking at archer he seems to be thinking the same.

Archer-"I'm not picking up any humans but there's a servant it's on it's last dregs but still alive, becareful inside. "

Inside of the church is the same we found the steps to the basement to see the childeren kept alive in tubes to feed Gilgamesh magical energy and we found next to them lancer.

He seems to be tortured and nailed to a cross, his eyes are gone he's wearing a priest cloth his chest is open and they carved 'Fake Priest' on his body, there is a cross melded to his upside of the carving, but it looks like he can still sense us.

Lancer-"Ahh i.. wasn't... expecting to meet you guys.. here"

Saber-"What happened here lancer"

Lancer-"I... learned my.. original summoner.... survived then.... decided to stick it to kirei.... found this hell hole then.... that goldie got to me... you can.... guess the rest, he went... to the einzbern castle... to get the vessel it.... seems it got.... injured thanks to... your stunt on the... first day, well i got nothin left end me... please"

Well lancer always had a thing with loyalty seeing by how he reacted to archer's betrayel at ubw, curse his E rank luck, i hope i don't end up like this one day.

That just confirmed it, that battle maid is the grail meaning illya must've died probly along with kiritsugu.

Saber-"Rest in peace lancer"

Rin-"well let's burn this place it's making me sick"

Shirou-"Wait let me loot the place first"

Hmp you may look at me with pity but i may have money, but i don't have a way to buy anything, i just need to find shroud of martin it should be somewhere here.

Rin-"Fine sigh"

After getting my loot i got back Rin and saber's got confused but long tired stare.

Archer-"Why that shroud?"

It looks like he didn't like my fashion choice, after we finished our buissnes with here i let my flames consume the whole bulding, it blew up in a cross shape much to our dissapointment, we no longer have time to chase after kirei so we decided to go home.

After we got to home i found two sets of shoes one of them belong to Sakura i don't know the other but i have a good guess.

We came to the living room as i guessed Sakura's feeding Bazzet while rider is drinking tea while watching tv or is she listening i have no idea, after a quick talk over some tea since we lost our appetite at the church i learned that both girls got discharged today since it's probly the only safe place they know after our talk i set up futons for our extra guests by than went to my room today has been mentaly tiring.

Shirou-"well saber what do i owe the plesure?"

Saber-"It's more comfertable this way "

Shirou-"Okay then i'll be sleeping first goodnight"

She got into my futon instead of hers i didn't say anything she already knows how i feel.

-"Shirou when you said you can stay with me you just talked for yourself, are you planning to go somewhere? "

Sometimes i forget how sharp she is well it's not a secret anyway, archer already knows beacuse of our sparrings.

Shirou-"Remember the book i gave titled 'Highschool dxd'? "

Saber-"What does that got anything with you leaving"

Shirou-"Well you see saber that world exists somewhere outside root and i have a ticket for it"

I talked about my first death how escapes how i may go back there (Of course not to the one i died in) and how i don't have to go, if i want i can stay here but this world doesn't have much hope left, so i prefer the highschool dxd for building a house and a family

I turned to see her sleeping ( might be faking it) just kissed top of head and went to sleep i have a stand off with gilgamesh tomorrow.
