A month passed by ever since Lin Shen went into a coma. The parents had been visiting him everyday, but they looked like they had aged by ten years making the people who knew them saddened. The nurses and doctors who had known those frequent visitors were also saddened when they found out the reason.

Everyday, Lin Shen wouldn't go throughout the day without a convulsion to the point where the nurses taking care of him, used to it.

Lin Shen surprisingly didn't need any help with breathing as he had began to breath by himself when he went into comatose state. But he still didn't respond to any outside activities as his body remained motionless.

Since he remained motionless, they had to help feed him, clean him, and most importantly, taking him outside during the day. Patients who remained in hospitals for their reasons would often see him outside, remained in comatose state. It was like their heart ached when they saw him, pitying him and his parents.

The nurses would most particularly pay attention to him most of the time, as they had watched over him for awhile.

In a empty space stood a little bloodied body that was slowly healing, this was Lin Shen. He breathed as he looked at the last gray particle. 'It must've been a year...'

The last particle moved towards him, very slowly compared to the past 9,999,999 gray particles. He had counted every particles and what they had done. Shen closed his eyes in preparation. Finally making contact, the gray particle disappeared strangely. 'Eh?'

Lin Shen opened his eyes and was met with something huge. He didn't dare to look up when he felt its terrifying pressure. 'What the f*ck?!'

He felt his will weakening in front of this huge thing. Thankfully, after a day, it disappeared. However, he didn't move yet since nothing notified him of the end of test.

'...' Lin Shen stared at in front of them, countless floating, shining, and colorful orbs. He sighed and began to walk in a direction.

It then made a smoke bomb, confusing him. But when the smoke dispersed he nearly tripped and shouted in anger. "F*ck!"

What appeared was a love-struck heavy man, going towards him. Lin Shen dodged him and ran quickly, he also noticed that this fat man was chasing him...

"Darling! Wait for me!" Out of his mouth came a shrill voice... "Wait for my love of my meaty rod!"

'I want to curse my future master already...' Lin Shen cried internally, but didn't dare to say it aloud in case that the being was watching. He really wanted to puke, but... that'd be disgusting while running.

Her heart clenched when she thought that he must be crying because he wanted to see his parents.

Had he known what she thought, Lin Shen would've fainted out of embarrassment. He was crying because he was suffering in indignity.

Another month passed by as Lin Shen's lifeless body silently laid in the hospital bed. Ever since his first tear back then, he never convulsed or twitched so they removed his restraints two days afterward.

The parents were glad to see a process like that, at least they wouldn't need to worry about that but then another issue came. His cute face would sometime adorably scrunch in either helplessness or anger. This confused them greatly as they wanted to know why he would feel helpless or angry.

The two parents who looked slightly older than age sat beside the little boy's bed. They sighed as they looked through the pictures of Lin Shen at younger age.

At that moment, the same doctor back then, came in the room. He noticed the two people and nodded in greeting. "Hello."

"Mmn." Lin Mama just grunted in acknowledgement, with Lin Papa nodding. The doctor didn't mind them and checked the little boy.

He touched here and there, seeing that things were still the same as ever, the doctor wrote something on his paper tablet.

[Day 34 : Still the same. Brain waves higher than normal, with abnormal sweat coming out of his body. Lin Shen will still receive the same treatment as usual.

Treatment : A cold shower and a nursing of beautiful nurses]

"Well, I will be going." The doctor informed as he exited. The parents just continued to look through the pictures.

Panting, the former Heavenly Emperor stretched his small legs as he ran away from countless different people, beasts, monsters, and things chasing him from behind.

Few of them would make people puke in disgust, while most of them would make people pause and fall in love with a projection that would disappear.

Several minutes later, the last colorful orb came in front of Lin Shen as all of false yet realistic projections disappeared behind. 'Th-this is the last one.'

He was so tired that his mind was even going numb. The colorful orb slowly changed instead of a numeric countdown. Slowly but surely, its shape became big and bigger. Lin Shen felt this was familiar...

'Wait, isn't that the same huge thing from back then?!' Lin Shen realized and paled when the same terrifying pressure came upon him. He nearly buckled his knees as he had already gone numb. At this point, he just flailed his arms and drooled out spit, not giving up as his little legs took a step and another.

Five minutes went by, a hour went by, and finally, a day passed by when the huge thing disappeared without a trace. Lin Shen was barely walking. His legs trembled, his whole upper body looked like it would fall off.

A stone slab appeared in front of Lin Shen, startling him momentarily. Written on it was a word carved carefully. 'Sword'

The group shouted often, but most of them were out of surprise and slight joy. Feeling the slight joy, both of them snapped out of it and went to the nearest doctor. "What happened?!"

The female doctor, seeing they were the parents of Lin Shen, exclaimed. "We had a movement and briefly, his consciousness was back for awhile. He moved for few minutes, but went back into coma."

"What!" Both of the parents were surprised and joy filled their being. "So that means he'll be coming back soon, right?!"

"Yes, possibly! But don't hope for the best, we haven't determined it." The female doctor calmed them, not wanting them to hope for the best only to find it crushed. The parents understood but still couldn't help but hope for the best.

The male doctor who had paid for Lin Shen's hospital bills, approached with a slight smile. "No need! It's been confirmed, Lin Shen will return within a month."

"...!" All of them were happy and grinned madly. The parents forced their way in and held their son's hands, blabbering excitedly.

The sharp voice seemed to know his small ordeal and promptly stopped as it continued to speak. "Sorry about that, my little disciple. This is the first time I've seen anyone obtain over 45% completion rate from this stone slab."

"In truth, this was made by me with merely Sword Intent. I had casually did it and sent it somewhere random, but I would get notified whenever one obtained a slightest completion rate from it."
