14 Tears fallen

After we made love with each other, we quickly dressed up and opened the door.

It was my mom.

My mom looked at us happily and said we can discuss our marriage plan. Cheng said he would like to do an engagement announcement and party first. My mom agreed and Cheng held my hand happily.

I felt so lucky.

After few minutes, a secretary came and tell us there was a huge argument downstairs we need to look at. Even other bodyguards are not really helping the situation.

What happened I asked secretary...

"They came in so suddenly and they want to talk to our CEO. But, you guys were busy so I called you a bit later. But I didn't know it will turn this bad." she told me.

One of them complained to the CEO and I tried to keep him calm.

He pushed me to the ground and suddenly I was in great pain.

Cheng was so angry, he yelled, "Restrain him! Get him out!!" Several bodyguard came and they restrained him.

"Cheng, my baby... my baby..." I cried.

"I'll take you to the nurses room okay?" He carried me with his two hands and he started running.

"Nurse! Doctor! help!" Cheng yelled.

A doctor came and check on me. He asked Cheng to stand out for a minute. I nodded. He waited outside anxiously.

"Ahh...ahh... . it hurts... it hurts..." I cried.

The doctor gave me pain medication and he stopped the bleeding in time and told me I have miscarriage. I cried.

Cheng came in anxiously and kissed me. When the doctor told us the news, we were devastated. Cheng was so angry about what happened... he went out and tried to find the guy who killed our baby.

"You!! I don't know what your name is. You just killed our child. Do you know how much pain she is going through? DO YOUU?!!!" Cheng was shaking in anger. Everyone was shocked as well that i was pregnant with his child.

As Cheng went back to Lina, he hugged her.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I failed to protect you. I've failed you." Cried Cheng.

"Cheng, we can have another baby later on. Don't cry. I held his hand." I weakly smiled.

"Sir, she needs to stay here for further observation." said the doctor. Cheng nodded.

After a while, I silently cried in Cheng's arms.

I'm sorry, our child....
