"Master! Everything was ready"

The servant kneeled down and bowed his head. The man wearing a yellow robe smiled, he leaned against the window. The wind blew his hair in a perfect bun above his head. The moon shines through his fox-like blue eyes.

"Very well, you can go" he ordered

The servant headed to the door and then bowed 3 times before leaving. 

The Chen Clan is known for their peaceful and orderly kingdom. They are generous and kind to their constituents. It was because of their crown prince, Chen Lou.

Chen Lou headed out, the servants and palace guards bowed their heads. He smiled at them before entering the carriage waiting for him outside the door.

The crown prince is going to Xiangi Village, he has some business to attend to. Xiangi Village was Ru Xian's place, it was the place known for the merciless prince. 

Of course, Chen Lou didn't believe it.He knew Ru Xian better than them. He loved the man so much that he is willing to accept every piece of him. 

After a long journey, they reached the city. The place was still full of fear and the people were very cautious of their actions. After attending his business, he decided to visit a friend.

"Where is Xian?" His melodious voice tickled the maid's ears the moment he reached the kingdom. He can see the redness on their faces. Chen Lou is a gentleman, a very handsome and righteous prince. 

He was always looking for Ru Xian, but today is not his day. Ru Xian seems to be busy with other things.

"Where is he at this hour?" Chen Lou asked. It was already late at night and since the place he visited was close to the palace, he decided to visit Ru Xian.

But it leads him to disappointment when he finds out that the man he's seeking is not in the palace.

"I apologize Master Chen,but the prince is not here, your highness" a servant answered him

Chen Lou crossed his arms "I see, then I should take my leave" he was going to turn back when a familiar voice stopped him

"Strolling around at night is quite relaxing," Hua Yi said. He was in a white robe with black lines on the hems. He smiled at the prince "What brings you here, Crown prince of Chen Clan?" He asked

Chen Lou smirked "I'm visiting my Ru Xian, Where is he? Is he sleeping?" He asked

Hua Yi chuckles "Ru Xian seems very busy this days" he said as he locked his eyes on the prince

"Hmm" Chen Lou's lips drew downwards "Is he busy with someone else?" He was silent for a few seconds.

The old man cleared his throat "Xian is not a child anymore, he will not talk to you intentionally just like the old days, he have his own life and decisions" Hua Yi traced the prince's unusual gesture and then he smiled

It's true that Ru Xian is not a child anymore, Chen Lou could no longer force him to talk to him.They met during the prince's selection ceremony, he was immediately drawn by Ru Xian's attitude that time. He was very different from the others,this is the reason why his interest in the young man deepened.

Chen Lou turned his back "Humph! Such hurtful words!" He snorted "Xian  doesn't hate me that much" he insisted

"My dear crown prince, why don't you spend your time trolling around the palace for a little bit? Who knows? Maybe Xian will come home later" Hua Yi said in a persuading tone

Chen Lou was hesitant at first but was convinced lately "Very well, thanks for the invitation" he turned around as the hem of his robe swayed with the air.

"You are so bold!!" 

Yang was astonished but still got the courage to speak up. At first, Ruru asked him to strip and now he's asking for a kiss.

Ru Xian finally let him go, Yang sat up on the couch while the prince turned his back facing the window.

"I need your bid…" he uttered

Yang was confused with his words "Bid what?" He asked

Ru Xian gritted his teeth "I...I am not normal" he mutters

The man on the couch tilted his head "You mean abnormal?" Then he rubbed the back of his head

Ru Xian rage in anger, he pierce Wuwu with his fiery glares "You dare mock me!" He yelled back

Yang backed away as he felt a jolt behind his head, he didn't even understand this 'bid' thing Ru Xian was talking about. Did he have it in the first place?

He was so confused that he needed to press the invisible hanging pen hanging on his neck secretly for the information..

'NEW INFORMATION ACQUIRED'

-Bid is like a soul in this world, you have it inside your chest, it is glowing. It was your energy core. Some people need it for personal desires so you need to protect your bid, it was connected to your life.

Shivers crawled to his system "H-Hey! Wait a goddamn minute, you're not going to kill me aren't you--" he almost bit his tongue when the sharp edge of the sword reached the tip of his nose.

Ru Xian almost sliced Wuwu's cheeks, his hands were shaking in anger "You dare make fun of me!" He screams in hatred. Ru Xian knew it, people gossipping about his health, they say that he was not fit for the prince's crown. It was the reason why he never attended royal gatherings, to avoid their judgmental eyes. 

"I'm not making fun of you! I really don't understand you" Yang nervously waves both of his hands in the air. "I-If you explain everything to me! I-I will r-really consider it!" He exclaimed

Ru Xian drew back his sword immediately, his face became serious this time "I need your bid, you are the sacrifice in the prophecy" he said

Yang was stunned the moment he heard that he was a sacrifice, he was not sure what would happen to him after giving the bid to Ruru, but if it helps his mission, he can do it.

Yang scratched his head "Uhh..Will I die after giving it to you?" He asked cluelessly

"No, but you will be bound to me" Ru Xian answered directly

'Bounded to each other means they're going to share one soul, since the bid was too strong for Ru Xian's soul, he needed Wuwu beside him to make it equal in balance. Two souls were needed to control a bid. Wuwu has a powerful energy core inside him and only Ru Xian could control it.'

"Bounded what?"

Ru Xian clicked his tongue "You need to stay beside me after giving the bid, or else y-you wi-- nevermind,it's too early for that"

"Care to explain why you need it?" 

Ru Xian sat down on the bed,facing Wuwu. He took three deep breaths. This is the first time he will say something personal to a stranger that he has only been with for a few days.

Aside from his parents and Hua Yi,no one knows this curse running through his blood.

"I have an illness, it was preventing me from physical touch, even a slight touch can trigger it" Ru Xian's voice was calm, Yang can sense the truthfulness in it.

Yang was dumbfounded for a minute, and then he remembered how Ruru acted with him the first time they had met. It was all now having sense, his character in this world was to help the curse prince to live a normal life. He was the sacrifice after all.

Wuwu stood up "Okay! I have decided!" He exclaimed with his chest boasting "I will give you what you want!"

Ru Xian froze and then his eyes widened "Are you?! Really?!" He almost jumped up from surprised

Is Wuwu really serious in giving him the bid so easily? Or is he just a dumb crazy homeless man? There are so many possibilities running inside his mind right now, but he didn't want to force Wuwu in a violent way that's why he said it in a manner of speech. 

Yang finds it amusing, Ruru's reaction. He likes toying with him, but who would have thought that this bid would stir up Ruru's inner emotions? 

Yang grinned,a smirk was shown on his face. "I'm giving you my bid but in one condition" he said

"I'm giving you the privilege to say such wishes" Ru Xian replied in his highly respected voice, just like a prince.

"Heh?" Yang took a step towards the man. When they're just inches away,he slightly grabs Ruru's collar and then he whispers...

"Fall in love with me...Ruru"
