"Ehhhh??!!! Where did he go?" Xianyu asked himself. Since it was still a bit early and Sun Wei and Qi Zhou weren't home, he decided to enter the forest. Since he saw the fireflies again, he now wanted to conduct his own investigation.
The moonlight shone brightly above him, its dim light helped him to recognize the pathway. The quiet night met his ears, but was followed by the cricket sounds when he moved deeper. The shadow from the skyscraper's tall trees were making it more secluded and thick. His steps were cracking the dry leaves under his feet. "Hello?" he called out. "Mister?!!" only his voice echoed back.
He walked deeply towards the forest, not even remembering where he started. Suddenly, the quiet surroundings from earlier turned disturbing. He heard some growls and snarls until blazing yellow eyes appeared on his way. The eyes hiding from the fog slowly became clear; they are wolves.
