I saw the the golden arrow flying towards my direction, I glare at it.

These is dangerous, golden arrows are rare and forbidden to our empire because of the ominous presence coting at it, in just a second it can kill any powerful person.

You couldn't scape from it, the golden arrow will follow you until your dead and suck the life force at your body, until your corpse will look like drained to the core.

Some of the soldiers of the Emperor palace trying to shield me and my father for the upcoming golden arrow but I know they know that even them couldn't do anything about it.

My father couldn't dodge it and he knows it. Even I couldn't dodge it. These is it, I look at the direction of that person for the last time.

Lady Jiao Shu (POV)

I couldn't fanthom the horrible feeling that I feel right now.

I look at my father but he also don't look good about it.

A golden arrow towards my future husband that cannot be.

I look around the crowd and they are panicking.

These is my chance, I scape at my father side and went where the crown prince is.

Xiu Lian ( POV)

When I called the system name I know these is it.

I vanished at my original position and transported behind the crown prince. Everything is so fast.

I need to protect the protagonist or else....fuck this!

After a nano second the system alter the direction of the arrow towards his host, all Xiu Liang have to do is used his acting skills.

I went into the front of the crown prince and push him out of the danger.

He look at me with shock written all over his face, but I didn't have time to tease and joke him on how he can have such reaction that's new to him to discover.

When I remember my situation, fuck it this will gonna hurt so bad that I might cry.

And everything goes to silent and I feel the pain when the shot me.

Ah fuck it hurts! That's when I black out.

Xiaofan (POV)

I saw everything how gege save the crown prince how he was shot and his fall down.

My face is blank I couldn't muster any reaction.

But one thing enters my mind.

How come the arrow change the direction and hits gege it supposed to be the crown prince will be the target but how.

Because when the golden arrow set it's target it will never be altered and shot to someone who is not his target.

but the biggest question is how come gege got their at the first place?!!!

What's going on here?!
