2 Chapter 2: The Strange Man

POV: Sugar Hare (Yukki Usagi)

"Great! I think we can really use our platform to help a lot of people!" Sugar Bear smiled from ear to ear. It was like when children get candy handed to them. Just what is he on? It's like he's living in a world of sunshine and rainbows. He's so sickeningly sweet and it's obnoxious.

"By the way, I know that Sugar Mare somewhere but, have you seen Sugar Mare? I think we'll have to meet up with him and the producers later." He shook his head cluelessly.

"Oh you know, Sugar Mare has these little quirks, probably went out to help out some people that's why he's gone from the meet and greet. Isn't he so nice and sweet!" I chuckled, gritting my teeth since everybody knows what Sugar Mare is doing.

That no-good social-climbing buffoon is out shaking his waggy horsetail to the producers to get some clout and special attention. I'm pretty sure he's giving the lead producer a little "surprise" like he usually does, that's why he can easily just skip. That man ain't even talented, he only gets let off for his good looks, and the fact that he's here in the idol trio with us, just makes me realize how rigged this industry is.

"I see. Anyways I'll be back Sugar Hare! I'll head over to the restroom for a second! Mind if you keep watching for our table?" He asks me for a favor. I sighed, giving him a little smile. "Oh sure, don't take too long though, usually you're the one that the fans are looking for."

I then rolled my eyes as he went away for a moment, I laid down on the table, scratching my head at how exhausting this day is. Pretending to smile and act cute and friendly takes more energy than I thought. It's like draining me out of anything.

I didn't even want to be doing this job in the first place. Who wants to stay around, dancing and singing and trying to butter up crowds anyways. All I wanted to do was to become a CEO of a confectionery company, now I'm stuck to be some entertainment slave by this company. The only reason I joined this idol group is so I can get enough clout to become a CEO using the funds I earn from doing this gig since the whole sugar thing is in sync with my future company.

Who knew that signing a contract for this Idol company would be this stressful and I can't even leave this company for the new five years. So I'm going to have to be here for 5 years unless I get terminated by them. I guess I can make use of this time to try to get connections...

I remained thinking to myself as I laid down on the table. Suddenly a group of young women came into our room. They were wearing the V.I.P pins so the guards, let them go inside. They were all very petite and teenagers, all of them were shouting out to each other with excitement but as soon as they looked at me. They all looked at me strangely and looked at each other with confused expressions.

"This was it?" One of them muttered under their breath but I could clearly hear it.

"Where isn't Sugar Bear here? He's pretty much that only person we came for. It's just Sugar Hare." They said to one another. "I want my money back if we paid for V.I.P and I just

I burst a nerve, taking a deep breath to stop myself from getting a pen and just stabbing them in the eye but I didn't exactly want to be in deep trouble and end up going to jail so I had to control myself and smile but in the inside, I wanted to rip these three apart for disrespecting me.

"Oh! Don't worry! Sugar Bear will come back! He just went to the bathroom! Don't worry you can come back anytime here as long as it's not break time." I just spoke politely to them, giving them a smile. I wish these bastards just walk out and get hit by a bus or something.

"Alright. Bye." They all dashed quickly out of the room after telling them that. I gripped tightly into the chair preparing to throw it from the anger. I have quite the anger issues and everything seems to set me off very quickly, with my hands on the chair, I tried to throw it to the back but a voice suddenly stops me.

"Oh? Is throwing chairs part of being an idol now?" A charismatic deep voice spoke behind me. I turned around to see a tall, dark handsome man with a red hoodie in front of me. He had black hair and red eyes and had a very charming smile. He had a smirk on his face like he owns the place. I absolutely abhor these types of people. I get the feeling that he's one of those fuck boys with multiple partners but who knew this type of person would buy a V.I.P pin.

Letting go of the chair slowly, I turned back my cheerful facade and smiled at him. "I was just doing a little stretching that's all! I've had quite the back pain from sitting too long. You should try using your chair to stretch as well!" I made up an excuse, can't exactly tell him that I was raging. "Anyways Sugar Bear isn't exactly here right now. If you're looking for him then come back later."

"Actually. I didn't come here for him. I wanted to see my favorite idol in action." He leaned in closer, making me caught off guard when he slammed his hand on the wall next to me, cornering me with his long muscular arms. "You're even cuter than I thought. Who knew an innocent-looking face could have such the anger problem."

What... who the hell is this strange man?!
