The world is a harsh place for those that aren't human. Dove was introduced to the cruelty of men at a young age and grew to hate his own magical talents. But after meeting the enigmatic Sparrow, his life was changed forever. Hidden away the young mage felt safe for the first time in his life. The sting of loneliness occasionally found him but in the end he desired nothing more than to be with his savior. That is until one night when a wounded wolf falls into his life. Fierce and even vicious at times, Hawk is far from approachable, but Dove believes there is a softness there... somewhere.
