As the title stated, this fanfic is going to be rewritten. Some stuff will stay the same, and some will change. The most significant would be changing the MC's name to Merlin instead and making him closer to Merlin from Fate. This will be an AU version of him tho, since he ain't half incubus.
Some backstories will be fletched out more, as well as events regarding the Devils, since they became really prevalent later on in canon.
Also, Mereoleona's relationship and MC won't be as rushed this time, so they won't be married yet.
I'm going to delete the rest of the chapters from here since I'm going to be making another book. It will still be on webnovel, just in a different book from this, giving a new start so you guys can get a fresh perspective instead.
Some chapters would still stay the same, but I doubt you guys will remember them, so it's fine.
The reason I'm rewriting this is that I've gotten interested into black clover again and felt that it would be pretty fun having a more Merlin style character in it. Definitely not because I can drag the hell out of it.
Oh, It won't have lemons, I wanna concentrate on the story this time, sooooo... rip?
If you have suggestions or ideas, go ahead and post them in the comments for the rewrite. The chapters that you see here will stay mostly the same, although a lot does change around, mostly regarding the Devil that MC encountered.
He'll still be OP, since he is Merlin after all, but my knowledge of Merlin from Fate is shallow at best, so don't expect it to be perfect.
Also, would people want to see Cath Palug here too? If so, I'll have it so that he/she (no idea on gender) can fit into cannon with a valid reason, like as a spirit or smth.
Also, if you're more into the MHA fic that I was writing, don't worry, I'll come back to it after my Uni finals. I'm stockpiling chapters for it currently, but the focus will be on this rewrite first.
