A teenager is given a choice, be reborn and forget their current life's memories or be reborn with their memories intact and buy a power of their choice but through the use of their karma. The teenager chooses the second option and says the power they want. The teenager, once again, is portaled away. A teen awaken in a hospital bed. He also remembers something he had forgot and says, "I can't believe I was reincarnated in My Hero Academia... At least it's not Marvel or DC."
