22 C22 : Arlong’s Pitiable Death

"Mmn... Luffy should already have found the swordsman, the thief, and the liar." Ryu didn't want to go along with Luffy, but just meet him occasionally. He decided he'll appear the first time to the Straw Hat Pirates at Cocoyashi Village.
• {Year: 20.3} •
'Ah, screw it. They'll still be the same anyways.' A green eyes man thought as he walked to a village. He arrived to the village while originally waiting to meet the several people that would come later.
As he walked into the village, several villagers immediately went cautious due to the terrors of a certain sawshark fishman. They hadn't read any newspapers ever since that fishman took over so they didn't know who Ryu was from his bright green eyes.
Ryu was wearing a hood cloak that hid everything but his bright green eyes as usual. Looking around, he saw that the villagers were either afraid or ready to fight. He sighed thinking that he should've arrived earlier, but what's done is done.
"Hey, bastard." A fishman saw Ryu walking casually as if he was the boss, so he got pissed and approached him. "Who the f*ck are you?"
"Piss off." Ryu replied as he snapped his fingers. The fishman no longer had his head connected to his body, his head fell onto the ground.
"Ahhh!", "H-he killed him!", "No! They're going to come and kill us now!", "Damn that bastard!" Commotions were heard after a moment of silence. They got afraid now that Ryu killed the fishman in their village.
"Tch, you're too afraid." Ryu coldly stated as he went back on his path to the group of fishmen in Arlong Park. The villagers were angered when he said that but they noticed he was going to Arlong Park.
'W-what is he doing?' They thought.

At Arlong Park...
*BOOM*
A booming sound were heard as the door to Arlong Park blasted in. A hooded cloak with bright green eyes figure came out of the smoke and stood. The Arlong Pirates were shocked when the sound came and then got angered as they shouted. But when they saw the person who caused it, they immediately wet themselves.
'F*ck! It's the Solitary Pirate, Ryu!' The fishmen thought at the same time. They had been kept up to the newspaper they received, so they knew who he was. 'Why is a 1.5B bounty man here?!'
Arlong, a large, muscular, light blue saw-shark fish-man whose most distinctive trait is his saw-shaped nose, was sat on his chair as he panicked internally. He didn't know what any of them did to provoke such powerful man. 'Shit, what does he want from us?'
Hatchan, an octopus-fishman, rigidly stood. He already met Ryu once and yet he met him once again. 'Why did he come here?!'
Ryu just simply snapped his fingers and then a huge rumble came after.
*RUMBLE*
*CRASH*
The whole Arlong Park building went crashing to the ground and rusted away. Ryu had used his Sword Intent. The Arlong Pirates were in a daze as they watched him crush their base with a snap of fingers. Arlong was the first to snap out of it and got enraged.
"Bastard! What did we do to you?!" He roared at the green eyes man.
"Nothing." Ryu said. "I just didn't like seeing you terrorize over the island or East Blue."
"Damn it! So you only decided to crush my base just because you didn't like me?!" Arlong angrily shouted as he brought out his giant saw-like sword and swung it on Ryu. "Die, you inferior being!"
"You're weak and yet you dare to try attack me?" Ryu stood still and hit the saw-like sword, crushing it. "Fine, I'll play along. I hope you'll at least give me some fun."
The green-eyes man decided to reduce his capabilities to the minimal possible for him. Arlong had already knew they would still die today so he wanted to die fighting. Pushing force into his legs, he aimed his saw nose towards Ryu. Arlong shot himself at his opponent like a torpedo, piercing them with his sharp nose.
"Shark Darts!"
As expected, his saw nose cracked the wrong way. Even though Ryu went to the minimal capabilities possible, his body wasn't able to be changed.
"Shark Drill!"
Arlong fired himself at his opponent spinning with his mouth open, trying to bite him down and tear him to pieces. Ryu dodged and slapped his palm to Arlong's head when it was spinning. "Even when I'm at the very minimal..."
*SPLASH*
Arlong went flying into the sea near them, as his crew watched him. They were agape. Even though they expected Ryu to be amazingly strong, they still never saw their captain being toyed. Hatchan taking this as a chance, ran away along with his eight swords.
Ryu had already knew he was running away, but he decided to let him go as Hatchan would be different in the future.
"Tooth Gum!"
Arlong pulled out his own teeth and used them as weapons with his hands. He immediately grew another set of teeth after pulling the previous one, so he can bite his opponent with both his mouth and his hands. He shot foward towards Ryu. Since he was in the water, his dash speed was increased. "We're the superior being to humans!!!"
"Rust." Ryu grabbed Arlong by his head and his hand began to rust Arlong's body. Arlong felt like pieces of him were disappearing, making him light-headed. He finally rusted into dust and the wind blew them away. Arlong never felt any pain, just lightness.
Turning to the few villagers spies behind him, he called them out. "Hey. Spread word that Arlong Park is finished, you people who's watching."
An average-sized young woman with her right arm and chest tattooed heavily came out shocked. "H-how-"
"Nojiko!" A heavily scarred man with a pinwheel on his hat quickly silenced her. Turning to the mysterious green-eyes person in front of him, he thanked him. "Even though we don't know who you are, I thank you for s-saving u-us!"
Genzo shakily spoke. He then bowed deeply, Nojiko followed as well as a doctor-like man behind him too. "Forget it, Arlong Park was bound to be crushed by a certain crew, anyways."
"What?" The three people went confused. A crew was going to save them? But they put that to the back of their mind as Ryu walked to the rest of the Arlong Pirates.
"S-shit! Run!", "F*ck!", "W-wait, I didn't do anything bad!", "F*ck you bastard!" Some tried running, some tried pleading, and the rest tried to fight back.
"I won't be letting you all escape death." He responded. Ryu then made a slicing gesture with his index finger, causing a straight line to appear on their necks.
They all had one thought. 'He's a demon!'
The three people who were watching thought so too, but they didn't show any pity. However that didn't mean Nojiko wouldn't throw up seeing such bloody scene. The doctor patted her side. "It's alright..."
"Do you mind if I stay here on the island for a bit?" Ryu asked them, not minding if they didn't want him to. After all, he himself knew that he was a murderer.
The first time he had killed was a human, not any beasts back at the New World. He had threw up after the deed, but he got used to it as he suffered the ugly truth. Even though One Piece looked comedic from his past life, it was not when you literally lived in it.
Survivability was needed when you're in the world. Unlike Earth, the world was heavily fragmented, as the islands were spread out everywhere, which made many different kingdoms appear and difficult to rise in technology and policing.
Back to them, Genzo was hesitant at Ryu staying, but he decided. "Alright, I don't mind you staying here for a bit. However it'll be a bit far away from our village."
"Okay." Ryu accepted before Nojiko could object. "Ah, right. I don't want any visitors."
"Sure." Genzo agreed.
Nojiko then interrupted. "You can stay at my house."
"Nojiko!" Genzo immediately stopped her, but Nojiko was not having any of that.
"Ignore him, uh..." Nojiko realized that the green eyes never told them his name.
"Just call me green eyes." He said, much to their confusion.
"Uh, ok green eyes." She led him to her house.
....
"Alright! Smile, Nami!" A slim young woman with orange hair and brown eyes told herself. She didn't want to walk in Cocoyashi Village because the villagers looked at her as a traitor. But she had to, as the other ways to Arlong Park was annoying to go through and only had fishmen. She didn't like fishmen ever since they terrorized, so she chose the villagers over seeing fishmen.
"I wonder if they would still consider me as a friend..." She muttered as she thought back to when she met a rubberman, green hair swordsman, and a liar and then traveled together for a bit. Nami had left them when they arrived at a ship restaurant, looking for a Cook. Gathering tears at her rim of eyes, she spoke out to the clouds. "Bellemere... I wish I was free..."
"Nami!" A pinwheel-hat scarred man shouted as he noticed her walking to the entrance of Cocoyashi Village. Surprisingly, there were more villagers out of their home instead of hiding. "You're back!"
"Genzo..." Nami looked at him questioningly, why were those villagers out of their homes? She also noticed something else. "Where are the fishmen patrols?"
Smiling, Genzo told her. "They're gone. The Arlong Pirates are gone!"
Nami widened her eyes, shocked. "W-what do you mean?"
"It means you no longer have to pretend being one of them, Nami..." A doctor-outfitted old man explained to her. However, Nami was shocked that he said pretending.
"Pretending? What-"
"We know, Nami." One of the villagers said. "We know that you were forced to join him, and that you made a deal with him."
"Yeah. As long as you reached a certain amount of Beli, they'd give you the village, right?" Another villager followed up. Nami began to gather more tears, sobbing.
"H-how did you know?" She asked of them.
They only smiled at her. Truthfully, they didn't know until a certain green eyes man told them. They didn't believe it at first, but he had brought a octopus-man to reveal the truth. After the reveal, they originally wanted to kill the octopus-man, but they couldn't when the green eyes brought out his pressure. He said that as long as the octopus-man revealed the truth, he would let him go. The villagers were understandably angered, but they remembered that the octopus-man never killed any of theirs, so they let him go hoping he'd change for the better. The octopus-man was shocked that they surprisingly let him go without a injury, so he swore in front of them all that he'd change for the best much to their hesitation. The hesitation dispersed afterward.
Seeing that they refused to tell her, she accepted that. "But what do you mean Arlong Pirates is gone?"
"Ah..." Genzo stalled as he didn't know what to say. The green eyes told them not to reveal who had done it, as to hide it. But this girl was one of theirs, so the green eyes should be fine with that. Right? "Uh, a hooded cloak man came and killed them except a octopus-man."
The villagers immediately went nervous when Genzo revealed it to Nami, but they heaved a sigh of relief when the green eyes didn't come. The green eyes somehow knew what was going on even from a distance, so they were understandably nervous.
However, Nami kept asking much to their nerves. "A hooded cloak man? Who? How? Why? What about-"
"N-Nami, wait. Stop asking us too much." Genzo stuttered, suffering her. Sighing, he decided to go for the quickest explanation. "Go to your house, the man is there. He's staying there for a bit, apparently."
"What?! You let him there?!" She shouted surprised to anger.
"No, Nojiko was the one who suggested it herself. I myself didn't want her to, but you know Nojiko..." Sighing in exasperation, Genzo explained.
"Wait, so Nojiko is alone with the man?!" Nami angrily shot on that. Genzo smiled wryly, as did the villagers. Nojiko had decided for herself to stay with the green eyes, wanting to repay.
Genzo was about to start explaining but he was interrupted by a angry voice. "NAMI~!"
The villagers immediately brought out any weapons they had and shielded Nami from possible attack. "Who?!"
"A-ah, this voice..." Nami noticed the familiar voice. A certain green haired man ran with a long-nosed man being dragged. "It's you guys...!"
"N-Nami!" The long-nosed man shouted as the wind made him sputter. Wanting her to stop Zoro somehow, he asked. "H-HE-HELP!!!"
"Zoro! You're running to the wro-" A average-sized man wearing a sunglasses with black tattoo on his left cheek stopped when he saw Nami. Pointing at her, he shouted. "Ah! You thief! Wait, how the f*ck did Zoro actually find her?!"
Zoro, the green haired man with three katanas on his side, finally reached to in front of Nami. The long-nosed man panted and wiped out his tears as to hide his pathetic side. The sunglasses man had his hand on his sword, prepared to fight if needed.
"Ahhh... ZORO! DON'T DRAG ME LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN!" The long-nosed man ordered him as if he was the captain.
"Huh? You're not my captain, Luffy is." Zoro retorted. "Besides that was a sort of punishment for tying me to the damn boat."
"I'M THE CAPTAIN USOPP OF THIS CREW!" The long-nosed man announced to the village, ignoring Zoro immediately. The sunglasses man facepalmed at their antics. Turning to Nami, Usopp finally asked her. "Nami, why did you take Going Merry with the treasure?"
"I-I" Nami didn't know what to say, after all Arlong Pirates were gone now. "Originally, it was because I was a thief, but..."
The sunglasses man suddenly looked like he remembered something when he looked at Nami's tattoo on the left arm.. "Ah! Wait! That's right! You're part of the Arlong Pirates, aren't you?!"
"Bastard!" Genzo interrupted. "She's no longer part of it anymore!"
"Eh?" Usopp was lost as he looked at the sunglasses man, Genzo, and Nami. Zoro looked like he didn't care, only that he found Nami as his captain told him to. "Wait, what's Arlong Pirates? Johnny?"
"The Arlong Pirates are-" Johnny, the sunglasses man was about to explain but Genzo interrupted again.
"Gone." He finished. "The Arlong Pirates are gone now. It no longer exist anymore."
"..." Johnny turned to Genzo and looked like he didn't believe him, but after looking around he realized that there wasn't any fishmen around. His eyes bulged out and his jaw fell. "WHAAAAATTT~!"
"Yes, they're gone." Nami followed up, though she hadn't really confirmed it. Remembering something suddenly, she started to run to her home. "Ah, right! The guy at my home!"
"Eh?" Usopp suddenly got grabbed by Zoro and started to flail weakly. Zoro began to follow Nami as did Johnny and Genzo. "NOOOO~!"
The villagers just stood and felt like they completely were forgotten by them. Sighing, they started to focus on celebrating with a banquet.
...
In Nami's house...
"Like it?" The green eyes man asked the woman sitting in front of him. He had made some food from what's left. He obtained the Cooking skill and mastered it to Grandmaster level.
"It's delicious!" The woman said as she gobbled up the amazingly delicious food the green eyes made. "Though, I had intended to make some food for you..."
"Haha, don't worry about that. All I wanted was a kitchen for me to make food in, so it's fine." He stopped her. "Anyways, Nojiko was it?"
The woman nodded, looking at him questioningly. The green eyes was still wearing the hood cloak, which hid him but his eyes. She looked directly at his eyes, but that proved to be a mistake as she got wet in her groin. Squirming, she thought. 'I need to change my underwear!'
"You said tha-" He suddenly stopped as he turned to look at out. He then stood up and walked outside to approach the people outside.
"Eh? Where are you going?" Nojiko asked as she followed him quickly.
...
Outside Nami's house...
"Dig up everywhere and find the treasure!" A rat-like man ordered the Marines around him. "I'm sure that Nami hid her Beli here."
"Yes, Captain!" The Marines started to spread out the garden and brought out shovels to dig. But as they were about to push in the ground, they suddenly felt like Death was staring at them. They immediately froze and sweat bullets.
Cpt. Nezumi, the rat-like man, shook his legs and fell on the ground as he looked at the green eyes man coming out of the house.
"What were you guys going to do?" The green eyes man menacingly asked. Nojiko was behind him, shaking slightly as the pressure was still felt a bit.
"WAIT!" A orange haired woman came shouting. But as she went near her home, she started to feel the pressure as did the people following her. Slowly stopping at the entrance of the garden, she shakily asked. "W-what's going on?"
"Nami!" Nojiko shouted as she ran to her sister and hugged her. Nami hugged back, but was warily looking at the green eyes man.
A green-haired swordsman skidded as he looked at the green eyes man, widening his eyes. The long-nosed man who was being dragged was dropped and started to bleed from his nose. The sunglasses man trembled as he looked at the green eyes man. Both Zoro and Johnny thought at the same time. 'It's him!'
A pinwheel-hat scarred man walked and saw the Marines. Frowning, he asked. "Why are you here, Captain Nezumi?"
Cpt. Nezumi ignored him as he opened and closed his mouth repeatedly while pointing at the green eyes man. "Y-you're the Soli-"
*POW*
He got sent flying away by the green eyes man. The green eyes man turned to the marines and asked. "So, are you going to scram away from the Conomi Islands or should I 'help' you?"
The marines immediately ran away, not daring to stay any longer before the green eyes. They knew who he was and was afraid of dying.
The pressure finally dispersed. The green eyes man turned to look at Nojiko, Nami, Genzo, Zoro, Usopp, and then Johnny. Zoro looked like he knew him. Turning to Nami, he stated. "Mmn, seems you've arrived."
"Yes... are you the one who wiped out the Arlong Pirates?" Nami cautiously asked, she didn't want to provoke the green eyes man in any way.
"Yeah." He nodded. Turning to Zoro, he coldly asked. "What?"
Though the green eyes man asked, he looked like he would kill Zoro if he said anything. Zoro got the message somehow, so he just shook his head. "No, it's nothing."
'This guy is the one who Dracule Mihawk mentioned!' Zoro mentally thought. Zoro had fought Dracule Mihawk back at the ship restaurant and after losing, Dracule told him that he was not the strongest swordsman in the world. Zoro was understandably shocked. Dracule only replied that a bright green eyes man was the strongest swordsman.
Satisfied, the green eyes man turned to the others. "Good bye, I'll be leaving now."
Nojiko and Genzo got confused and was about to stop him, but he already left in a sword-like beam.
"WOAH!" Usopp shouted as stars filled his eyes. "AMAZING! I WANT THAT TOO!"
The others was shocked at such transportation, but the moment was interrupted as a certain straw-hat man and blond-haired man came towards them.
"NAMI!" The straw-hat man shouted.
"Hey." The blond-haired man waved, while having a cigarette in his mouth. He looked cool until he looked at Nojiko. Twirling around, he kneeled in front of her. "Oh my beauty, what is your name?"
*DONG*
Nami immediately knocked on Sanji's head and shouted. "Don't touch her, Sanji!"
"Ouch." Sanji rubbed the bum on his head. "Anyways, I saw a beam flying out...?"
"Oh! Yeah, what was that?!" The straw-hat man quickly asked.
Usopp was all glad to explain. "A bright green-eyes man wearing hooded cloak turned into a beam and flew to the sky! So cool!"
"WHAT?!" Sanji shouted suddenly. Everyone turned to look at him. "Did you say bright green eyes man?!"
"Y-yesh!" Usopp sputtered while being shaken by Sanji.
"Damn! So I just missed him!" Sanji stomped, much to their confusion.
"Sanji, do you know who he is?" Nami asked.
"Yeah..." Sanji slowly replied as he took out the cigarette of his mouth. "He's the Solitary Pirate, Ryu."
"Huh?" They all tilted their heads, not knowing who he was. Zoro looked like he had renewed his determination.
...
The sword-like beam flew aimlessly. The green eyes man was pondering on where to go next now. Finally deciding, he said. "Alright, let's go to find him then!"
