Ben could not figure out why he garnered such disgust from his Kage right now.

His mind totally blanked out the moment Kage let off his frightful aura, enough to fry his mind that he called his Master by his name while on the grounds.

Only if he deserved a training session filled of pain and torture till, he dropped from the lack of breath inhaled, would he ever break that rule, but the moment Kage omitted his deathly energy towards him earlier, he could not stop himself from calling out Kages name instead of addressing him correctly.

With everything clicking back into place in his mind as Kage raced towards him, all he knew right now was to protect himself against the monsters' attack.

Just as Ben steady his footing, the systems learning function alerted him of Kages proximity and line of attack at his chest, however he could not move the sword in time to protect himself enough against the attack.
