Chapter 2:The Opening

When i was 14 years old on my first day in Saint Claire Junior High School in Portland Oregon, there is a student name Anthony Johnson who is very popular on that school because of his handsome face and Academic skills. Many girls fall in love to Anthony but few are mad at him because he tricks and cheat to others to have a fame. Then when i go to my classroom, I'm surprised because he is my classmate. it was like a photo shoot in our room on the first day of school and i was like a sheep who was lost in the desert. I don't care about him and all i want is to sleep when suddenly one of my classmate approached me.

"Hi I am Mark Tristam nice meeting you! by the way do want to play with me?"

"sure why not?" I Answered.

Then he open his bag and he pull something out of his bag which is very familiar to me.

"Is that a Chessboard?" I asked.

"Yes, why? you don't know how to play it?"

he said.

"No but i'm surprised coz' i thought i am the only in this classroom who know how to play it" I answered.

"Well now you know HAHAHA!" he answer while laughing at me.

then we start to play it. as the time goes by i thought he is strong but when i see his opening, i surely know that he is a beginner. after an hour, he concedes defeat at me and all of my classmates who is very curious about on what we are doing go near to see what's going on. My other classmates challenge me to play chess but they also concedes defeat at me. some of my classmates resigned on the game that cause on me to be popular on our room. as the day goes by, it seems that Anthony johnson was very jealous at me because the attention of my classmate was transfered to me. and as a result, Anthony bullied me. He fill my bag with stones and trash, kicking me at my back and worst, punching me on my face.

after that things happen, Mark Tristam was secretly recording all the things that Anthony Johnson was done to me, We both go to the principal's office and the Principal try to fix our problem. The principal keep silent until he found a solution.

"I found the solution!" he shouted.

"What is your solution Mr. Principal?" He asked.

"What if we fix this problem through a game."

"What kind of game?" both of us asked.

Mr. Principal pull his cabinet's Compartment and put the Chess board in the table. Anthony Johnson was very confident that he will win this game. Mr.Principal said that the one who Concedes defeat or resign on the game, will be expelled Immediately on our school. I was very nervous and anxious on what will be the outcome of this game, will i become a loser or i can manage to win this game? hmm...
