Cedric watched Pyro's flames with visible interest, due to his excellent control in their manipulation before the figure Cedric disappeared from being devoured by the sea of flames.

"An omega level. What a joke!" stated Pyro with visible disdain.

But before he could continue teasing, Pyro froze as he saw his flames becoming weaker and weaker before disappearing altogether as Cedric's figure appeared with a look full of indifference.

"That's all you got? That's all you know how to do is a few circus tricks. You piece of shit," Cedric asked, with the same contemptuous look Pyro had seconds before.

"How is this possible! What have you done to my flames!" shouted Pyro in a shocked tone.

"If you can't figure that out, then you're a bigger idiot than I originally thought," Cedric said with an amused smile.

Emma had a lot of experience in her long career, facing many villains and heroes. But watching the fight in front of her she was shocked to realize what Cedric's mutant-gene skill was. The manipulation of energy! To see such great control over such an ability was truly a rarity, worthy of an Omega level.

"He manipulates flames too?!" exclaimed Kitty shocked.

"No, Cedric did something much more difficult. But it seems obvious to me that your little brain would have a hard time figuring it out" teased Emma.

"At least I'm not a slut, sleeping with anyone who has a dick" Kitty replied with slightly flushed cheeks.

"I really have! I'm sure no man would want a little girl with that little body you have with no sexuality" said Emma with a small smile.

Hearing Emma's words, Kitty took a critical hit, her small body was her biggest weakness.

"Bitch! " cried Kitty angrily.

"Little girl!" replied Emma with a smile on her face.

"Enough Emma! and you too Kitty" Storm intervened to stop the bickering between the two of them.

"You've fallen down to Storm. Babysitting has kids" said Emma with no intention of sparing her venomous words towards her old teammate.

"Never as much as you Emma! " stated Storm, looking Emma in the eye as small blue lightning bolts could be seen around her.

Emma simply made an unhappy grimace, before continuing to regard the fight with interest and expectation in her eyes.

Meanwhile Pyro was a hothead, so he didn't give up and controlled his flames again. But this time he changed the shape of his flames turning them into several swords directed against Cedric's neck.

"Boring" Cedric stated with an arrogant smile.

[Energy Absorption]

Cedric again absorbed all the flames directed at him, without any difficulty in doing so. By now he had a fair amount of control over his mutant gene.

"Thank you for the meal," Cedric said with obvious teasing.

"You absorbed my flames!" declared Pyro shocked upon seeing the spectacle before him.

"Unbelievable, then you're not that stupid! But it's too late now, I already got what I was interested in" said Cedric with a voice full of sarcasm.

Cedric's whole body was enveloped in red-orange energy. Cedric had focused all the energy into his eyes as his eyes glowed with blood-red light.

"Omega Rays."

Two beams of energy shot from Cedric's eyes towards Pyro, who tried to defend himself by raising a wall of flames. But unfortunately for Pyro, it was too naive, the two energy beams before making contact with the wall of flames changed direction to hit Pyro's full blast.

"BOOOM" "BOOM"

Pyro's body flew against the wall, Cedric had reduced the power of his energy beams to not kill him, but it was still enough to severely injure him.

"You really are weaker than I originally thought," Cedric said after he stopped using his powers.

Pyro was strong, but to his great misfortune, he did not have the ability to use all his power in that confined space.

"So ends our little battle," Cedric declared without any particular expression as if his victory was a foregone conclusion.

As Cedric said these words, he raised his foot covered by a red aura, and without any kind of mercy crushed Pyro's chest as the sound of slowly breaking bones could be heard.

"Clack" "Clack" "Clack"

"Enough!" shouted Emma as she tried to use her powers to stop Cedric, but to no avail. This showed Emma how dangerous he was.

"It was just a small disagreement, nothing serious happened," Cedric said with a shrug in response.

"Nothing serious! You almost shattered his rib cage!" said Emma with a big pout.

Cedric was feigning a bit of arrogance to keep them from thinking he was too much of a threat right now and had room to grow in both personalities and of course powers.

Hearing Emma's words, he showed a mock sorry expression "Maybe I went too far. I can't control myself when I use my power" Cédric replied after a moment of silence.

Emma after hearing Cedric's words remained silent, not knowing if it was the truth I a lie. It had been a long time since Emma had felt this feeling of not knowing what another person was thinking in front of her and it made her a little anxious.

"I don't want to have any bad blood with you. So this should be good for both of us," Cedric said as he placed his hand on Pyro's chest and a small blue light entered him

Everyone was focused on Cedric's actions, which is why no one noticed the big smile that appeared on his face.

[Soul Distribution Power]

Everyone could clearly hear the sound of bones being put back in place and the wounds in Pyro's body magically disappearing as if they had never existed.

"Unbelievable!" exclaimed Emma shocked, looking at Pyro's perfectly healthy condition.

Emma isn't the only one surprised by Cedric's actions. But even the X-men couldn't help but be shocked, after all, few mutants had healing abilities and they were indeed rare.

In the minds of Emma and Xavier appeared only one answer. They could not leave such a talent in the hands of their enemy.

Before Xavier could make a move, Emma stepped forward showing all her sexuality to the fullest, and wrapped her arms around Cedric's neck while her large boobs were pressed against his chest without any shame.

Cedric watched Emma's actions in silence without saying a word.

"You really are an omega-level mutant. You have such a high level of manipulating energies and even healing abilities without much training. I'm curious about what you will become in the future. So I'd like to invite you to our team," Emma said in her ear in a flirtatious tone.

Having Emma so close and "vulnerable" made Cedric want to use the "Soul Distribution Power" on her. But he quickly discarded that thought, it was too risky a move and he had already obtained Pyro's mutant-gene. Now was not the time to get too greedy, after all, he was about to go to a school full of possible powers to obtain.

Also, he might try to join the Hellfire club in the future, the only enemies Cedric had to be careful and approach with caution were Nathaniel Essex aka Mr sinister, and En Sabah Nur aka Apocalypse. Basically a clone-loving mad scientist and Yhwach from marvel, father of all mutants.

For now, Cedric's only goals for the future were to train his mutant gene which was a power with infinite potential, and to find a dimension containing a large amount of spiritual power to unlock his "Almighty".

"Fox you don't have the slightest bit of shame! He used these tactics to make him join you!" shouted Kitty furiously.

Emma ignored the little kitty's words as she looked at Cedric's blood-red eyes as she waited for her response.

"Honestly I just recently awakened my powers, so I don't know who I should join. But it's safe to say that your subordinate didn't leave me with a good first impression. So I apologize but I have to decline the offer for now" Cedric answers honestly.

Emma's face turned ugly after hearing Cedric's answer, but she quickly returned to normal after thinking of something.

"I see... It's a shame you won't be joining us now. But I'm sure you'll change your mind in the future~ " Emma replied with a sexy smile.

"BOOOM"

Meanwhile, the confrontation between the two human beasts was over, Sabretooth's wounded body flew back into Cedric's apartment landing right at Emma's feet.

"Like I said. You didn't want this fight!" growled Logan, his body was in miserable condition, full of superficial wounds from claws and bites, he could barely stand.

"Now Emma! I want to know where Jean" said Logan slowly approaching Emma.

"Logan calm down we have already completed the mission," said Storm trying to calm him down.

"Yes, yes Logan we can find out about Jean's condition later" Kity tried to convince him.

"No!"

Emma meanwhile was trying to use her telepathic powers to get into Logan's head and have some fun. But it didn't happen unfortunately, her telepathic attacks were completely blocked.

"You have to be grateful to Xavier that he put a lot of mental shields in your minds. Otherwise, I would have made you feel pain worse than death" Emma said in a cold tone, she was in a bad mood to have two useless subordinates.

But before Emma could activate her secondary mutation to take out some of her frustration on Logan. Her body was pulled back by Cedric standing in front of her to her pleasant surprise.

Logan seeing Cedric stand in front of Emma became enraged.

"What are you doing kid! Do you want to die! !" shouted Logan pissed off.

"Doesn't it seem like you guys have screwed up enough today," Cedric states indifferently, pointing to his completely destroyed apartment.

"I don't give a shit! Move or I will forcibly move you," I growl at Logan.

"I understand... But you don't want this fight" Cedric said calmly, without any fear.

But before Logan could attack Cedric. Xavier, who had made no move and had merely observed as a spectator, used his powers to stop Logan.

Logan's body stopped as he could no longer move a single muscle in his body, even his mind could not think of anything.

"You could have done this sooner Professor, I don't think my apartment is that happy about this" Cedric said with obvious sarcasm.

Xavier only replied with an awkward smile.

Emma had to admit that he was really starting to like this guy.

"I have to say I have a preference for mature, experienced men. But in your case I might gladly make an exception~ I love your red eyes~" purred Emma as she brought her face within inches of Cedric's.

"Mhm~❤️"

Emma kissed Cedric not caring about the people watching, at first she wanted to give him a simple kiss to try and seduce him. But she was pleasantly surprised when Cedric decided to take matters into her own hands and she had to admit he was really good.

Cedric cursed his teenage hormones to take control of Emma's kiss instead of acting like an inexperienced boy. Cedric circulated his spiritual energy to calm his body and pull his body away from Emma's.

"Mhm~❤️ That's not bad at all~~❤️"

"I'm very sorry to leave you with a young girl with no experience whatsoever," Emma stated with some displeasure, licking her lips with relish.

Emma was obviously trying to seduce him to try and get him on her side, but more importantly, she was trying to leave a good impression on her, unlike the other two idiots. Emma wasn't stupid and she understood that Cedric wasn't as good as she wanted to make him out to be and was trying to mask his true colors, it reminded him of her when she had just joined the X-Men.

But Emma knew Cedric would eventually join her, or at least leave that school full of rules and responsibilities. For someone like him, protecting people who think you're a monster and being despised every day even when you save someone was too big a duty even for a hero.

"Mhm! What a great pity" snorted Kitty in contempt.

"I have a quiet kitty, I wasn't talking about you. This boy is too much for someone like you" Emma stated flatly.

Hearing Emma's words and seeing Cedric looking at her, all of Kitty's cute face turned completely red as she stated "You don't decide!!!...H-I already have someone I like!"

Storm let out a sigh as he heard their constant arguing.

"Good for you kitten. I hope you're good in bed~" said Emma as she used her powers to wake up her two subordinates.

"N-Not your problem! " cried Kitty, now completely embarrassed by the continued overly mature and specific arguments.

Thanks to Emma's powers both Pyro and Sabretooth woke up with no problem.

"I'm alive!" shouted Pyro, was sure he was about to die and a death god was taking his soul away.

"Yes, idiot you are alive, unfortunate for me. Now shut up before I punish you for your impulsive actions" Emma replied in a cold tone that made Pyro shut up immediately.

"There we go," said Emma nonchalantly.

"Think about my offer Cedric~ You will always be well received by me. If you decide to join us~~" said Emma in a sexual tone.

"I'll think about it,"

Emma smiled at her simple words before walking out of Cedric's apartment.

"Cedric you don't have to trust her she's just a fox trying to exploit all men with her body," Kitty warned after approaching him.

"I'll be careful."

"We should go! We've already delayed, the government might send a Sentinels" stated Storm seriously.

"Sentinels!?" asked Cedric surprised, wanting to get more information on this topic to understand the kind of world he was walking on.

"Ah Given your great control over your abilities, I completely forgot that you are a recent mutant," said Kitty with a smile of embarrassment.

"At first the Sentinels were robots specifically designed to hunt mutants. But they stopped being evil tools of the trade and became full-fledged agents of the government, used then on many occasions" I explained Kitty with seriousness.

"I see. So New Mutants!" think Cedric, as the plans forming in his head took a new direction.

"The Limbo dimension and a chance to unlock 'The Almighty', the only problems are Illyana Rasputin and Belasco, but with my gene-mutant, there should be no problem defeating them. In fact Illyana could become a powerful ally!" think Cedric as he works out a new plan with his new information.

"Come on you two. You can talk when you're at the X Mansion."

Cedric and Kitty replied with a nod of their heads.
