Wreck's POV

It is now early in the morning. We have finally arrived back to the Union from our journey in the Kingdom of Zione. After passing through Gaorus Town, the buses now reached the Crimson Town. We were welcomed by Kirth and his men.

"How was your travel, Wreck?" Kirth asked.

"It went very well. Where is Laur?"

"Madame Laur is at the Town Hall doing her job."

"Oh, then I better not disturb her. By the way, how is Reid?"

"You mean the Human? He is doing well. He has now pretty much recovered from his injuries."

"Good. Where is he right now?"

"At the Military Area. He is currently training."

"Then let us go there."

Kirth and I headed towards the Military Center. I ordered Rael to rest for the day. I also told Tran and Bren to wait at the Union Building because we will be having a discussion later.

After a few minutes of walk, we can now see the sight of men training. One of them is standing out. He has some flaws but he definitely is the best out of the bunch. His sword skills are magnificent. That guy is someone who just suffered major injuries last week. That guy is the 'Traitor' Reid Habsber.

While we were observing, Kirth told me.

"I would say, that guy is really amazing Wreck. Just a few months ago he barely can defeat any of us but as of right now, he is stronger than any of my men. He still can't defeat me though but his improvement really is amazing."

"His encounter with us must have made him stronger. Let us meet him Kirth."

"As you wish."

We went nearer to the sparring as we saw Reid outclass 3 veteran elven soldiers which also includes Craig who is an officer. As the three enemies fell, Reid helped them stand up.

"That was a good sparring Sir Craig."

"Thank you. You really are amazing Sir Reid."

After they talk, we decided to intervene.

"How are you now Reid?"

After they heard my voice they immediately ran towards me. The elves bowed directly.

"Nice to meet you Chairman Wreck! General Kirth!"

Meanwhile, Reid said.

"Sir Wreck! You are already here!"

"Yes. And I came here to deliver you a message. But first, tell me if you have recovered already."

"I am doing really well sir. Madame Caire and her team really helped me recover really fast. I once again sincerely thank you for letting me stay here."

"Enough with the thanks. Let us all go to the Union Building. We have a lot to report to you."

*AT THE UNION BUILDING*

We are currently here at the meeting room of the Union Building. I am with Tran, Bren, Kirth, and Reid. We made sure no one else knows what we are talking about.

"So what are you going to tell me Sir Wreck?" Reid asked.

"Just as you know, Tran, Bren, and I were at the King's Banquet at the Kingdom of Zione yesterday. We are here to tell you that you are believed to be dead by the Kingdom so no one knows you are alive."

Reid first looked happy but suddenly he frowned.

"Wh-What about my family? Did you know what happened to my Father, Mother, and my Sister."

"They are alive, but are captured."

"Thank god. I just hope they are not dead."

"Don't be too happy. They are scheduled to be executed in the Next Two Weeks."

"WHAT!?!?!!?!!!!!???!" Reid shouted as his voice echoed throughout the room.

"I have not time to lose then! I am very thankful for your help Sir Wreck but I need to go back to the Kingdom and save my family!!!" Reid reacted. He is definitely panicking. I cannot blame him though. His family is on the chopping block.

"Calm down Reid!!!! Panicking won't help you!"

"Then what should do then?!"

"Calm down and listen! I have a proposal for you!"

Suddenly Reid became silent. Finally!

"Pro-proposal?!"

"Yes. I know that you will surely want to save your family, which is why I have a plan to help you clean up your Family's name as well as save your family from death so you better listen first!"

"B-but why are you doing this!?! You have already helped me enough. Why are you trying to go to the lengths as jeopardizing your diplomatic relations with the Kingdom just to help me and my family?"

Reid is correct. This action will not benefit me. If this plan fails, the Kingdom would now that I helped a criminal which will probably break the peace treaty that will lead to our destruction. But I also believe this is an opportunity. If I can help Reid save his family, then they will definitely be in debt to me which will increase my influence in the Kingdom. I can then move to my next plan. The only thing I have to make sure is the security of this plan. If ever this plan fails, No one must know that I or the Union is involved with it. Which is why I am going to tell this plan just to the men in this room. I will not tell my wife or the rest of the leaders. This problem will be considered as a friend helping his friend. I will be helping Reid as his friend, not as a leader of a nation.

"I am doing this in order to save you and your family because that is what friends do. Besides, I already have an idea of how should we execute it. Tran, you can tell him our reports."

"Sure thing Chairman. Sir Reid, your family was a part of the Major Powers of the Kingdom of Zione before the terrorist incident. You believe that your family was not behind all of those criminal acts right?"

"Of course! My family would never do any of those!"

"Alright. After a talk with Minister Mello Lasterson, we found out that he has been suspecting your family that maybe you are involved in some kind of corruption within the Kingdom."

"Wh-What kind of nonsense is that!?! Our family has a high sense of honor! We will never do such a thing!"

"Ok Calm down. Now that we know the reason why you are a criminal. Now we should find pieces of evidence to prove your claim. Don't tell me you were thinking of breaking into the Kingdom and save your family?"

"N-no! No way!"

"Good. Are you friends with Minister Lasterson?"

"I am actually very good friends with him! Now that you said that, maybe he can help us!"

"Don't be dumb! Did you not hear what I said earlier? He has been suspecting you and your family. Maybe that is the reason why you are close to him."

"But he was so kind to me and helped me a lot."

"Then he may have deceived you because he is probably behind all of this mess. He is the mastermind of your family's demise."

"WH-WHAT?!?!!?!!?!"
