7 Basic introduction to power rankings and artifact levels

Hello, Author here, in this chapter let's talk about the different power rankings and the weapon power levels. You can skip this but it's better if you can clarify what will soon be used in the near chapters. Let's start.

The path is what everyone who can use magic follow, magic was first introduced when the foul man who blinded Kazein shot Ur. This was fire magic, thus called "path of fire".

The "path of wind" signifies the user uses wind element nearby.

The "path of the earth" says the user uses earth element nearby.

The "path of water" says the user can conjure the water nearby.

The "path of light", this is one of the rare magics that can be used. It's light attribute signifies the hope and goodness there is. Many of the priests on the Holy Path Cathedral can use it. It has every advantage against dark path users. But is very weak against the elemental types, also it only has little offensive magic. So to defeat a dark path walker, they'll need to learn and be able to use rank 4 offensive magic.

These paths are what is forsaken by the Holy Path Cathedral. The "Dark Path" where the walkers can use any means to get stronger. And that includes forming demonic contracts and gathering souls. In every aspect, a dark path walker is far stronger than any average elemental walker. They can also fight against light walkers that are a little stronger but will have to take risks.

And lastly the unique paths "path of the undead" necromancy. "Path of dragons" the walker can use powerful dragon attributes and stronger elemental paths, dragon path walkers usually has two paths, one a normal element, and the dragon path. This is so the dragon path can strengthen the normal elemental and sometimes even evolve. And lastly the "path of souls". Soul magic, these are feared attacks against ones souls. A rank 1 magic from soul attacks can break through rank 3 defensive magic. However, they're physically unstable compared to elemental walkers.

The different sword levels and their attributes.

Blessed swords, these are swords used mostly against demons and dark walkers. These are blessed by powerful light magic users from the Holy Path Cathedral, these are usually in the hands of light magic users.

Ranks 1-3. These ranks are enough to compare for a low demon and a rank 4 dark walker in the truth road. It's weak but still has power to cut a dark being above rank 4.

Ranks 4-6. This is enough to match a 500 year old demon or a rank 6 dark walker in the spirit road. Nonetheless, these are still strong enough to cause a burning feeling.

Ranks 7-9. These can be called what is the "highest humans can get". This is enough to kill a demon lord and a dark walker in the "path to ascension".

Holy artifacts, these are the same types of swords used by "angels". These were blessed by god himself and were given to humans as a treasure. These were enough to be used in a fight against devils.

Demonic swords.

Demon sword under hell minion or ranks 1-2. Are enough to kill an angel by the lower ranks and are used commonly against light users under the faint light road.

Demon sword under hell walker or rank 3-5 and light users under the enlightened road.

Demon swords under hell reaper or rank 6-9 demons and light users in the path of ascension. These were swords made from hell itself.

Fallen blades, corrupted swords that were blessed by god. A bit stronger than holy artifacts due to the fact it carries the hate and despair of the lives it took. These are the same ones as the one Kazein's demon wields.

Let's talk about ranks.

The elemental and light paths are divided by these ranks.

Faint light users.

Bright path road.

Grasping road

Enlightened road

Unwavering road

Path of ascension, the ascendance to a holy being.

Forsaken paths like the dark path are divided to these ranks

Condemned road

Truth road

Spirit road

Damnation path

Path of ascension, the ascendance to a demon.

The demonic ranks are far deadlier than those under elemental and light paths.

The dragon path and spirit path.

Soul awakening

Mind and body awakening

Preparation of the soul

Grasping truth road

Body and mind enlightenment

Path of ascension, the ascendance to a spiritual or collosal being.

Each of these ranks under their category are divided upto nine ranks.

Mc's name was supposed to be Kanzei, which meant duty. But if I used that it would be weird if someone else can interpret it.

MC's blindness gets worst by the day.
