1 Numb

I blinked my eyes several times but nothing changed, I still can't see anything. I tried reaching out my hands but couldn't grasp anything. I stood still and concentrated on my surroundings but I couldn't hear a sound. I shivered when the wind blew, I tightly hugged myself out of fear. I sat down and waited for what seems to be forever but the sun never rose up. I can feel tears forming in the corner of my eyes. Softly I decided to call out "is there anyone out there? please, I need your help" but no one replied.

I got up and with all the remaining strength I have I shouted "someone please", I heard something like a water drop and immediately bolted towards it. "Someone please answer me, I'm scared!" I ran with all my might, tears started to block my vision and I tripped. I stretched out my hand again but the sound disappeared completely. I burst out crying, slammed my fist on the ground and kept shouting, but no sounds were coming out. I grasped my chest and desperately looked for any source of light. I felt my eyes slowly closing, "someone save me" were the last words I uttered before darkness totally consumed me.
