So, This is how it ends Jennie asked.

'No. It didn't.' We were best friends until... he paused for a moment and lowered his head.

"Until..?" She asked again.

Jennie you're my friend's daughter it means you're my daughter after your dad's death I wanted you to stay with me that's why I asked Mr. Yang to settle here but you didn't wanted to come I..

"So you helped me in all those years without even showing up in front of me. You paid for my higher studies, you're the one who want me to come here and work with Uncle Yang not my dad right? Before he complete she said in cold voice.

Yes. I helped you in all those years because there's no one to look after you, after your father's gone. I know Yang from our high school days he was one of my friend's younger brother but we never get the chance to talk to each other back then but coincidentally he joined your father's company later and becomes his most trusted man. Yang was always like a family member to your father that is why I tell him to do all those things on my behalf. Jennie your father always wanted you to become successful in life. He wanted to see you strong and independent and just like that I want best for you because you deserves the best.

Jennie wanted to ask him how he knows about all those things that Mr. Yang was used to be her father's most trusted man, he was like a family she wanted to ask but in the end she guessed Mr. Yang have told him everything after he joins his company.

Uncle Dong can I say 'Sorry' and 'Thank You'.

Sorry for not realizing anything I always thought there's only one person after my father and that is Uncle Yang but in all those years you helped me so much without me even knowing and Thank You for raising me after my dad. If today he was alive he would be very happy seeing me standing on my own feet, chasing my dreams becoming more and more independent but now because he's not here to appreciate me, he would still be happy that you're here for me when he was not. Thank You So Much Uncle Dong.. For Everything.

Tears once again started to form in Jennie's eyes and slowly escaping her eyes rolled down to her cheeks.

Jennie My Kid.. there's no need to thank me and don't cry, your father loves you so much if he see you like this he would be sad too and I know you don't want him to be sad right?

Jennie burst in tears she hugged him putting her face in his chest. She stays like that for a while. It was feeling like she hugged her dad after so many years. She didn't wanted to broke that hug ever because doing that make her feel like she was going away from her father.

Mr. Dong hugs her back.. patting her back with one hand trying to comfort her.

After a while she pulls away, wiping her tears. A smile formed on her lips. I'm feeling alive after so long thank you so much for the hug Uncle Dong.

Mr. Dong smile's back. Jennie, I'm not that young now it's time for me to have a spouse to give all this to and I just want to relax for the rest of the life I have. Soon, I'm going to overseas after giving all this to my son but before I go, I just wanted to tell you everything. I hope you're not upset because of what happened between me and your father. Remember, I'm always there for you just like your father. Promise me you'll always be happy. He said in a caring tone.

Uncle you have already done so much for me and I'm very greatful to you for all your help but I promise you in future I'll become more stronger and independent so that I don't need anyone's help.

I'm proud of you my child always be blessed and joy. He always had a warmth in his heart for Jennie but right now the warmth of his eyes clearly showing how proud and happy he is after meeting Jennie as his best friend's daughter and not just as a girl who works in his company.

Mr. Yang - 'Mr. Dong' it's so late now I think we should take our leave.

Mr. Dong shakes his head in agreement.

Take Care Uncle Dong. Jennie said smiling at him after bowing.

Mr. and Mrs. Yang bowed and left with Jennie.

It was almost 1 AM in night Mr. Yang drive back to his home with Mrs. Yang after he drop Jennie to her apartment.

'Shu' you think it's good for Jennie to know about these things? Mrs. Yang asked to Mr. Yang whose eyes focused on road. She asked in concern. She always called Mr. Yang by his name whenever she's concerned about something.

'Lin' I think it's good for Jennie to know things about her dad because she never got the chance to spend time with her dad. I wish she knew her dad better and I think it's every child's right to know about there parents so, they can learn from their character, choices and mistakes.

I wish she know the things she should know, but I also want her not to know what her father did not want her to know.
