Link, being the trusting hero he is, followed the directions at first and ended up in some really strange places, like on top of a roof. His bewildered expression as he realized he had been tricked was quite hilarious.
Once, Link was in a castle and he accidentally triggered a series of traps all at once. There were arrows flying, boulders dropping, and spikes coming out of the floor. Link was running around like crazy, trying to avoid all of these hazards at the same time. His frantic movements and the chaos that ensued made it a really funny moment in the game.
