My first trip abroad took me to Spain. I went to Barcelona. The architecture there was mind - blowing, especially the works of Gaudí, such as the Sagrada Familia. It was like stepping into a fairy - tale world. I also joined in the local festivals, dancing with the locals in the streets. The warm climate and the passionate people made this trip a memorable one.
My first overseas journey was to Japan. I landed in Tokyo and was immediately struck by how clean and organized everything was. I visited ancient temples in Kyoto, like Kiyomizu - dera. The experience of wearing a traditional kimono and walking through the historical streets was truly unforgettable. Also, the Japanese food, especially sushi and ramen, was a delight for my taste buds.
