There was an instance where a cosplayer's prop weapon was confiscated by security in a very rough way. The cosplayer had put a lot of effort into making it look realistic but safe, yet the security didn't seem to care. It made the cosplayer feel really bad. Another story is about a person who fainted in the middle of a crowded area due to the heat and lack of proper ventilation, and it took a while for help to arrive.

One of the horror stories was that someone's hotel reservation got cancelled at the last minute. They were left stranded with no place to stay during the Comic Con. They had to scramble to find another place, which was not only expensive but also far from the convention center. And then there was a story about a food vendor at the con who served some really bad - tasting food that made a lot of people sick. It was a nightmare for those who ate there.

A horror story could be a fan waiting in line for hours to get an autograph from their favorite star. When they finally got to the front, the star just quickly signed and didn't even look at them or say a word. It was a huge disappointment. Also, there were cases where people's personal items like phones were accidentally stepped on and broken in the chaos of the convention floor. It was really frustrating as they were trying to capture memories of the event.
