Why can't we move?

My house has a durability of 80 and cleanliness of 96. Why is it that the moment I move, there's a notification that there's still something in the house? I checked but there's nothing. There's nothing in the BBU warehouse either. Not to mention furniture, I don't even have a floor. Why can't I move? There must be nothing in the courtyard either.
