Real estate or media, which should I choose?
I'm a 27-year-old female in a third-tier city. My position is a planner.
There were two jobs to choose from now. One was the planning of one of the top real estate agencies in the country. It was a listed company. The company was very formal and one could learn something. The path to career advancement was clear. The disadvantage was that it was relatively hard. One had to work overtime until very late every day and take a single break.
The other was a media company that was a joint venture between one of the top media companies in the country and a television station. It felt like the media industry was a rising industry, and the television station sounded good. The disadvantage was that the contract here was a labor dispatch system, and there were only two or three people in the company, so the division of labor was not clear. He wondered how things were going in a third-tier city like this.
What I'm thinking about is that there are too many overtime hours in the real estate company, and it's not suitable for girls to get married. The media company feels unstable. Although it's a two-day break, I'm afraid that there's no future or that the company is not formal and a waste of time.
