This poem was a farewell poem by the Tang Dynasty poet Bai Juyi. The whole poem is as follows: The grass on the plain withers and thrives once a year. The wildfire never ends, and the spring breeze blows, it grows again. The far-off fragrance encroaches on the ancient road, the clear green connecting the deserted city. And send the king's grandson away, full of parting feelings. This poem described the natural landscape of the grassland, expressing the short and impermanence of life and the magic and magnificence of nature. The main image of the poem was the grass on the plain.
