Please recommend a historical (time-travel) novel, which contains a scene where the protagonist goes to the harem to treat the ghost fetus of the queen (I'm not sure if it's a concubine or the queen).

There was a scene in which the protagonist went to the harem to treat the Empress (I can't remember if it was the concubine or the Empress). This illness was a ghost fetus. The Empress (Concubine) always dreamed of having sex with someone and then became pregnant. It was said to be a ghost fetus, but it was actually a fake pregnancy. After the male protagonist had sex with her, the ghost fetus disappeared on its own.
