Reading the Travels to the Center of the Earth, Chapter 2, Comprehension

The second chapter of Journey to the Center of the Earth was a chapter in the science fiction novel " The Three Bodies ". It described the exploration and adventure of humans who received the civilization signal from outer space. This chapter mainly talked about how humans received alien signals and started an interstellar adventure under the leadership of a scientist, trying to understand the intentions and purposes of alien civilizations. After reading this chapter, I felt the author's reverence and exploration spirit towards the universe and alien civilizations. Through describing the reactions and actions of humans after receiving extraterrestrial signals, the author shows the fear and curiosity of humans towards the unknown, as well as the determination and courage to explore the unknown. At the same time, the author also expressed his understanding of alien civilizations and believed that only through continuous exploration and discovery could we truly understand the mysteries of the universe. This chapter also highlights the difficulties and challenges that humans face in the process of exploration and adventure. In the process of sending signals to outer space civilizations, humans faced technological failures and unknown risks, as well as possible threats and attacks from alien civilizations. These difficulties and challenges made it necessary for humans to continue to work hard and explore to overcome the difficulties and finally obtain knowledge and understanding of extraterrestrial civilizations. After reading the second chapter of Journey to the Center of the Earth, I felt the author's exploration and reverence for the universe and alien civilizations, as well as the difficulties and challenges faced by humans in the process of exploration and adventure.
