Who was the poet who was known to use words as his lyrics?

Su Shi (1037 - 1101) was known as a poet who wrote poems with words. He was a writer, calligrapher, cultural critic, politician, and one of the most famous poets in the history of Chinese literature. Su Shi's literary works mainly consisted of prose and poetry. His prose works included "Ode to the Red Cliff" and "The Story of the Drunkard Pavilion", while his poetry works were most famous for their bold and unconstrained works such as "Shuidiao Ge Tou". Su Shi not only had high attainments in literature, but also made important contributions to culture, art, politics and diplomacy. He was known as one of the "Four Scholars of Su School".
